Raul spent 2 years of his life in a cold dark cage at the killing station of Los Barrios. He was kept alive by the volunteers and thanks to a few sponsors who paid every month to prevent that he would receive the fatal injection... All of them were hoping to find someone who would adopt him, but no one noticed him or found him good looking enough to adopt him. Raul really had a hard time at the killing station, he was extremely skinny and we soon understood why. He is afraid to eat when other dogs are around so we have to isolate him from the others. Other than that he has no problems to live together with 50 other dogs, playing with them and resting close to all of them. But to get some food at the killing station you often have to fight and he surely must have been several times at the receiving end... He is superb with humans, very affectionate and devoted. Raul deserves a great warm home to finally start a long and happy life !
